Resolved Smith perfect javelins from lvl 1

I crafted a javelin using one of my retainers. The retainer in question was a lords son I was training for the "Lady needs tutor" quest. The retainer had a 14 in smithing. The javelin had a "Thin Fine Steel Hewing Spear Head" and "Mahogany Javelin Shaft", and no guard or pommel. Both the shaft and the head had their size set to maximum. The total difficulty for the Javelin was 121. Despite this the javelin was crafted with no imperfections, giving the retainer 34 lvls in smithing and producing a javelin worth ca. 60000 denars.

Please make sure that your game, your drivers, and OS are up to date and the game has necessary permissions over your security software.
