So basically, as the title states, my horizon (and also rivers) shines like the sun itself and emits rainbow colors at night. Contrary to what many people report, my nights are so bright it almost hurts my eyes. It breaks the immersion greatly. I play on maximum settings and my GPU is Geforce RTX 2060 Super. I attach two screenshots below. As you can see in the second ss, it is night time by the look of the sky, but nothing else seems to indicate that. Has anybody had a similar issue?
