Resolved Says I have no mounts for upgrading even when I do.

Summary: I have a vlandian footman I am trying to upgrade to a horseman but it says i have no mounts even when I have saddle horses in my inventory
How to Reproduce: Have a unit that needs a horse to upgrade.
Have you used cheats and if so which: No.

Saddle horse is a pack mount, it can't be used for upgrades. You need a horse that has this symbol 'used for increased speed', not 'for carrying goods'

TomatoMato is correct. You need the correct type of horses for upgrades.
