Closed Game crashing of mods i don't even have installed

Summary: Everytime i open this game with even only one mod on it crashes with the same Crash message every single time.
How to Reproduce: Idk

OS: Windows
GPU: Geforce 3070 rtx
GPU Driver Version: Newest nividia 3070 rtx
CPU: Amd Ryzen 7
RAM: 32 gb
Motherboard: idk
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): one SSD and one HDD
I can send the Crash message as well but idk how to

It looks like there is zzCharacterCreation mod applied. Could you remove it and try reproducing this issue again?
