Save game and cheats

So since we might have to start a new game when a major update comes out in bannerlord EA we should be able to use cheats to get back to where we were so will there even be cheats at all???

In the siege video at Gamescom 2016, player was using Health Cheat(ctrl+h)

Is there any news on the import/export system returning? Then we could back up and re-import our characters stats at least if saves do break.
