«Rookie Team Competitions» – it is the team tournament among players-beginners.
Tournament Aims
This competition is planned for players who are relatively new to the competitive scene; to improve their skills and give experience to help them join more serious clans and teams. Fighting teams of a similar skill level will help RTC’s participants to check their own potential in team games: assess current strength and decide strategies to raise their playing level in future, continue to train and create a full team.
Moreover, RTC has value not for participants only, but also for existing clans, whose heads (captains, leaders) will evaluate the outstanding teams and/or the players, and perhaps offering a place in the team. Accordingly, by this reason there are extra useful and motivation for competing players.
Rules
The RTC is open to «clean» players, those who have not yet competed in at tournament, either for clans or duelling. Also each team is allowed to have an experienced player in the role of mentor, who will be able to promote team preparation and more quality playing in matches. And also, the winners of past RTC season can’t participate in this season (sorry).
Matches will be conducted in the closed maps in 5x5 mode, but if teams agree they can increase the player number to eight as in usual matches.
How Khergits is avaliable faction for tournament. Horse archers may use only black horse, but has no horse archery skill as any other troops. Steppe horse is can not be bought.

Applications
Applications can be submitted by captain of a team; a player who is willing to be a captain of a team, and any player who wants to join in to a team.

Warning
This is a big problem to find a new players and teams for RTC. So we can meet some problems and future questions about RTC2, but I am trying hard to start this tournament.
