Rise and Fall Civilizations at War

Anyone else played this yet? I bought it a few days ago after playing the demo and I have to say this game, with all it's faults, it's still one of the most entertaining games I've ever played. Sure it isn't complicated, but neither is M&B. What it does do is it's FUN. I was just wondering what others think of it because it seems to get extremely mixed reviews... a love it or hate it game.

Great game, I've played the demo, too. But, it's not so good as mount&blade.

I hate how your hero unit can slaughter 100 people without breaking a sweat. But other than that it is a fairly cool game, expecially the naval battles.

Anyone want to get a game started?

I like that heroes can kill so many units. In huge battles he makes a difference but he doesn't kill everything, I like being able to fight from the ground. The entire game is epic, just like the time period.

I've got it, played it for a few days and it must say it's pretty decent. Gets boring after a while tho, not complicated enough for my refined tastes.

The AI is... possibly one of the worst yet. And, judging by the RTS trend today, that's saying something.

Yeah! In the arena, too. You can beat the arena when you kill only the war elephants.
