About the troop trees,

Batavians will be able to recruit Barbarian like soldiers from Villages, but from the castles,forts,towns they will recruit the soldier they gave to the romans so heavy armoured Auxilia troops.

For the romans. they will recruit auxilia from villages, and they will recruit Legionaires from castles forts and cities.
