Recent Purchase issues

Just today I had purchased a copy of Mount&Blade Warband off of Steam (4/21/2014).  The game runs fine but, I seem to have an issue accessing the multiplayer content.  It keeps asking me for a Serial Key (which I assume is the CD Key provided) but, whenever I enter my 4x4 CD key (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) it continuously tells me it's invalid.  I did a little looking around but, I couldn't find a solution to my problem.  I've already sent a support ticket to TaleWorlds about it.  However, if there's anyone out there with a solution I wouldn't mind hearing it out.

On a side note I really want to try the 'Persistent World 4.4 Mod' if anyone has a recommended server for that along with a solution for this that'd be great.

I have also been facing similar issue, as i have been inform its a minor bugs and will get fixed soon

Seems they've replied to my ticket.  I just supplied some proof of purchase and I hope everything works out smoothly.  Now it's just a waiting game.
