How do you plan on attracting a player base?

RCC will never be the same as in the good old days. But I wish you good luck, PW_United tried to avoid clan domination and all that stuff but ended dead, let's see how long it gonna be stable.

I'm currently in TS and seems to be fine, so I would say yes.

R0wan said that there was a DDOS attack.
