Been noticing people with a TW badge, and was wondering what it meant and or how to get it

Saw one dude I knew with it, so I want to see how he got it

They are either a TW employee or you experienced a bug where someone has a TW badge for a couple of seconds and it disappears. I've seen that too.

Badges are used to publicly illustrate a person's credentials, skill level, or accomplishments, such as the mastery of a skill or completion of a program.
