Hello,

During the storyline, the dock master of Ribe asks us to go to Ireland and speak to the general merchant of Dubh Linn. Alas, I cannot find this "Hogni". But, when I go in "trade with the locals", his name appears as the one of the general merchant.

Has anyone found him in the city, or is it a common problem?

I was in the same situation as you. He's in a house near the market. There should be a "To Merchant" prompt when you find the right place.

Another user helped me in the other topic i opened about this quest , the merchant is in a house at your left when you spawn in the city
