Quest bug (??) Deliver the herd to "X"

How to Reproduce: Start a Deliver the herd quest.
Quest/Settlement Name (if related): Visibrot, Sibir, Saneopa
Media (Screenshots & Video): Attached
Version: 1.0.5
Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 18362) (18362.19h1_release.190318-1202)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
RAM: 16384MB RAM
Motherboard: MSI Arctic Tomahawk
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): Samsung EVO 850 SSD (OS/Windows), Crucial CT1000MX500SSD1 (Game installed).
I have this same problem. Quest completed, then spawned two more quests. Also going back to the quest giver gives an error string in the dialog. I'll attach screenshots.
Quest log, appeard as "Deliver the herd to Sibir", then it changed after completing first task to "Deliver the herd to Saneopa" but it was not clear what I had to do. So I decided to check back with the quest giver and received the error string below.

Then it spawned another quest in my journal called "Deliver the herd to Sibir," I tried following the directive in the other delivering 32 sheep to Saneopa and that finished that quest, but "Deliver the herd to Sibir" remained. Also, just opened journal back up after relaunching the game today and the quest is now called "Family Feud"
