Attributes
  • Artistry (ART): Every point to Artistry adds +1 to mod points. The following skills can not be developed beyond 1/3 of Artistry: Thick Skin, Power Map, Power Release, Power Draw
  • Inspiration (INS): Every point gives +5 proficiency points and slightly increases development speed. The following skills can not be developed beyond 1/3 of Inspiration: Modding Master, Debug, Speed, OSPing, OSP Tweaking, Headhunting.
  • Patience (PAT): Every point to patience immediately gives one extra skill point. The following skills can not be developed beyond 1/3 of Patience: Trainer, Tracking, Usability, Solution Finding, Spotting, Resource Management, Wound Treatment, Quick-Talk, Encouragement, Mod Engineering, Persuasion.
  • Tolerance (TOL): Every point increases your team limit by +1. The following skills can not be developed beyond 1/3 of Tolerance: Player Management, Team Lead, Collaboration.
Skills
  • Artistry Skills:
    • Thick Skin. Each point to this skill reduces your vulnerability to critique, increasing mod points by +2. (Personal skill)
    • Power Map. Each point to this skill improves your bump and normal maps by 8%. (Personal skill)
    • Power Release. Each point to this skill increases your mod release effects by 10%. (Personal skill)
    • Power Draw. Lets character use more exotic Photoshop filters. Each point to this skill (up to four plus power-draw requirement of the filter) increases impression made by textured items by 14%. (Personal skill)
  • Inspiration Skills:
    • Modding Master. Makes it easier to learn modding proficiencies and increases the proficiency limits. Limits go as: 60, 100, 140, 180, 220, 260, 300, 340, 380, 420. (Personal skill)
    • Debug. Reduces damage to your code by the bugs (by 8% per skill level) and improves debugging speed and reliability. (Personal skill)
    • Speed. Increases your speed in all creative activities. (Personal skill)
    • OSPing. Enables you to integrate OSP packs of higher difficulty levels and increases your speed and flexibility in doing so. (Personal skill)
    • OSP Tweaking. Reduces penalties for adapting OSP packs to your mod and their subsequent tweaking or improvement. (Personal skill)
    • Headhunting. Increases chance to recruit promising new modders by 10% per skill level. (Party skill)
  • Patience Skills:
    • Trainer. Every day, each modder with this skill adds some experience to every other member of the team whose level is lower than his/hers. Experience gained goes as: {0,4,10,16,23,30,38,46,55,65,80}. (Personal skill)
    • Tracking. Community becomes more informative. (Party skill)
    • Usability. Every two levels of this skill increases your modding advantage within the community by 1. (Party skill)
    • Solution Finding. Team problem-solving speed is increased by 3% per skill level. (Party skill)
    • Spotting. Team chance to detect new promising members in the community is increased by 10% per skill level. (Party skill)
    • Resource Management. Increases BRF capacity of your mod by +6 per skill level. (Leader skill)
    • Wound Treatment. Team recovery speed after major release failure is increased by 20% per level of this skill. (Party skill)
    • Quick-Talk. Each point to this skill gives a 4% chance that a team member who lost all of his mod-points will take a vacation rather than retire from modding. (Party skill)
    • Encouragement. Team members regain 5% per skill level of mod-points lost during bugfixing.
    • Mod Engineering. This skill allows you to implement new features and mod improvements more efficiently. (Party skill)
    • Persuasion. This skill helps you make other people accept your point of view. It also lowers the minimum level of relationship needed to get other modders to do what you want. (Personal skill)
  • Tolerance Skills:
    • Player Management. Every level of this skill increases maximum number of players by 10. (Leader skill)
    • Team Lead. Every point increases maximum number of modders you can attract by 5, increases your team morale and reduces member complaints by 5%. (Leader skill)
    • Collaboration. Every level of this skill reduces penalty for collaboration with non-team modders by 5%. (Party skill)

Modding Proficiencies
  • Module System: covers the programming with the module system and tuples.
  • Python Coding: covers the programming with python.
  • Application Coding: covers the programming in other languages.
  • 3D Design: covers the usage of 3D modelling and animation software.
  • Graphical Design: covers the usage of graphical software.
  • Scene Building: covers the usage of in-game scene editor.

PAT/TOL are indispensable for player, you shouldn't neglect these. :wink:

Though low TOL scores can be partially offset by Renown.

There are a few, but most of them are currently in service of various kings and kingdom lords, so you'll have to defeat those first, or just train someone from your party with a high PAT. :lol:

Hm, modders are as well dealing with so many derps and chaps who are asking the same questions, why not have a skill for that?

Derp Foraging: Every point of this skill increases your toughness and resistance against derp questions. Or something...

Unfortunately, rugged terrain modifiers are hardcoded. :smile:
