Pure blood mount?

So I just noticed I had this mount sitting in my inventory:

The only thing that I can think of is that it comes from the 'beast master' ability in the scout tree. It gives you a 5% chance of finding a mount while moving through plains or steppes daily. Now I dont mind how good this mount is at all, infact considering how heavily you have to incvest into the scouting tree I think its fine that it rewards a very OP horse! However that said, I do think the selling price is 'abit much'

Il gladly take the 26K for a single horse but it might break the ingame economy abit

Your brother has one in his civilian gear.
26k is nothing and it's much better to ride it.
Your chances of getting another one from the scouting perk(BEAST WISPERER) are very low.

I just realized it could also come from the 175 riding skill 'breeder' im not sure where it comes from. Again im not worried about it beeing to good as either skill are very far up in a skill tree that they should offer some powerfull benefits imo. But I just though the sell price might be abit steep
