Lol the hitbox is already bigger than the actual shield model

The issue was brought up a long time ago. I'm guessing it was never resolved if it's still happening.

I still believe this is a desync problem about shield blocking directions, which I explained in some older post but I don't have time to find it again.
 
This is an issue with hit registration/detection/desync, the shields already cover much more area than visually represented.
 
+1 to this being desync/collision. It does happen occasionally to me, doesn't seem to have anything to do with shield hitbox itself, projectiles just sometimes bypass it. Only happens with arrows, which make me think its a collision/physics issue.

Anyone tracking a bug report related to this at all?
