Well, after posting this on the steam forum I decided to increase my chances and try this place too.
A little cry for help here.
I'm not sure when did it start so I can't quite pin down what's changed, but I'm noticing that my ping decides to jump to ~300 at the hours mentioned in the title, meaning goodbye to melee.
My Connection is wired, I live in Israel, My usual ping on European servers is in 70-120, which isn't perfect but certainly tolerable, and online ping tests with german servers(my favorite server is german) at the time when my ping was in the 300 zone resulted in a two-digit ping, so I would imagine the issue isn't with my connection.
This is again at those (more or less) hours, Playing at noon or late night is perfectly enjoyable, which is rather unfortunate as playing late has obvious disadvantages, and I'm not at my house earlier than 14:30 on most days.
