Not meeting melva after destroying 10th forest bandit party?

because of my previous game is failed,i decided to start a new game
after destroying tenth forest bandit party,you know that those forest bandit will bring u to meet their leader,then rolf come to help u.but in my new game after i destroy 10th party the forest bandit don't take me to meet their leader
this happens to the hunting the dark hunter task,after desttroying 9/10th party u will meet some of their leader (i forget their name) but this is not happening too for my new game


any help for me?

Hmm... did you ever enter a city instantly AFTER you defeat the 10th party? It might happens because I tried that and it did.

looks like yes,so the solution is not use "teleport" cheat?
