International (though preferably european) Clan.
We fight for a new Japan - bringing back traditional values to our great nation (dictatorship, traditional swordplay &c).
Ranking System:
New Shogun (SHGN) - Our great and powerful leader - here to unify the world under his banner. His word is law.
General (GNRL) - Military leaders second to the Shogun - There to keep the Captains and their squads in line and come up with battle strategies.
Captain (Cpt) - Commanders of a squad - Must have good social skills and able to shoot deserters in the back.
Lieutenant (Lt) - Right hand man to their captain - if he falls in battle will take charge of the squad.
Sergeant (Sgt) - Veteran soldiers - may be given command roles by their captain or issued men for smaller missions.
Private (Pvt) - Hardy soldier - the strong arm of the new shogunates military.
Militia (Mil) - Bulk of the army - your standard soldier.
Peasant (Pst) - Fresh recruits - basic arrow (or bullet) fodder.
Standard Bearer - (SB) - an addon rank (can be SB as well as any other rank) - in charge of holding the flag up high and keeping up morale.
Squads
Right Arm - The bulk military force - no specialised roles.
Eye - Long range and accurate shooters - what you could consider a sniper division without scopes.
Left Arm - The support squad - builders, heavy weapons &c - there to assist the Right Arm.
Talon - The berserker squad - up close, melee and very bloody.
