I did miss one match and asked anchor to call for me. Not one player outside of him showed up and no one else showed for the remainder of the matches. Anchor has every right to be disappointed with my performance, as he offered to help as best he could and he didn't need to.
In my defense I had several big name players who refused to try and played whatever class they wished on live rounds and ignored all commands. I had informed the administration team of this after our first match but they told me to stick it out. To my knowledge I was not the only captain with these issues as several teams dropped and the playoffs consisted of a majority of forfeits to determine the winner.
I will participate as either a captain or a team member. It doesn't matter to me either way. I enjoy these formats and hope the tourney goes well! I am fully committed however and will give it my best.
I believe my record as a captain over the past years shows this and I still attempt to do my best to keep the na community alive.
