Also, a banner-pack is being worked on currently (thanks to IG Archivist!). The general concept is that each country will have a banner, which to look good will sometimes include the country's Coat of Arms laid over the flag. This means that every team will have a banner they can use; additionally each team can submit their own banners to the banner-pack and - so long as they look good and are related to the team's name, country or w/e - they can be added to the banner-pack. This will ensure that teams which don't decide to submit their own banner will still have one they can use.

Not gonna reject this out of hand, but:

During the submissions phase, teams have the opportunity to name themselves. These names must be fitting towards the country the team is representing in some way, and must be largely serious names. Since there is no objective or clear-cut way to judge this, it will be up to the discretion of the Tournament Organiser.

When will this tournament begin?

Should be ~1-3 days after the end of sign-ups, so the 4th-7th of October. However, before the tournament ~really~ begins, there'll be qualifier rounds so that the final number of teams is a nice round number.

The concept of this banner-pack is as follows: each country participating in the Tournament will have a banner, this means there is a banner for Portugal, a banner for the United States and so on. So these are for general use for any team from the particular country. Additionally, each team may submit their own banner to the banner pack and it will be added provided it looks good and has some relation to the team's country, name or such.
