Mod Won't Extract

I just downloaded the mod and it gave me this application thing. I run it and it tells me where to Extract, I first did it in my Modules folder and then my Desktop and even made a new folder on my desktop and tried to extract it there but it wont work. Everytime i try it says

"Can not open file 'C:\Users\MyName\Downloads\Brytenwalda.exe' as archive"

I have no idea

Download it again, it probably got corrupted while downloading (incomplete or something).
