I think a mod where you could be seated at the throne in your Lord's Hall with your vassals lined up around you.
Random kingdom issues will be brought to you effecting relations, etc.
You could also manage castle/town, garrison, and dungeon in this scene
Call prisoners up in front of you and pass judgement on them. Execute them on screen in the hall rather than the execution screen popping up.
Have them walk down the aisle of your vassals and be thrown on their knees in front of you.
Would be awesome if you could send armies to attack, etc too
Another awesome feature would be the ability to customize your throne.
Make it where I can change the interior of the hall, too and that would be even better.
Anything extra to create a "Castle Life" aspect to the game where you can spend more time in your keeps, if you choose.
