Resolved General MissionBehavior.OnMissionRestart is never called

In multiplayer, the MissionBehavior's method OnMissionRestart is never called, causing issues like team score not being reset on warmup end.

Note that this doesn't impact native servers because team deatmatches don't have a warmup.

May have been fixed in 1.2.0:

• Fixed a bug that prevented the scoreboard from resetting after a TDM warmup.
