Meet the spy, Cant find the spy?

        Meet the spy quest
I cant find the spy! 
So i recived the Quest Meet spy in Kyzykermen,  it's a quest i got from the King

       

Every time i try to enter Kyzykermen i always chose Disguse yourself and try to sneak into town

And then i get into the city

It is like i walk around in the city but never find this spy...

And by the way, the king told me to do it in the Stealthy way and then talk with the spy.
Oh and now i cant find the spy, i think this is a bug...
Help would be awesome

You have to do it in the time of the day that the common people are out on the street. your screenshot of the town look quite empty of townfolks, so try a different time of the day to sneak in.

The spy is usually distinctive in a subtle way, like a male face on a female body, or a different garment/hat then the rest of the populous. The first times I did this quest I just walked around and asked everyone the secret question, and that method works to, but now that I know how to separate the spy from the rest of the commoners its pretty easy to find him.

Thank you sir, finnaly found the spy.
It took the time, since he was Black and it was like Arr were r u?
Then i Realized him' in a Random place
