SP - Battles & Sieges medic trait detrimental during defensive siege

with the improvements to siege where the ai will retreat and resume siege if they no longer think they can win/lose their siege engines the perk that allows your medicine stats to apply to enemy troops to increase the number of wounded is now detrimental it gives the opponents more wounded that then recover to join the battle again. A simple solution would be to turn it off for defensive siege battles. a better solution would be a detection on who downed where and have the wounded that went down on or directly under the walls be converted to prisoners. likewise during sally out missions any defenders troops that are wounded and left in the enemy camp should become a prisoner.
