Massive wall of text

I did a quick search but couldn't find anything, so: I recently started a new game and now, even with "Fewest Messages" turned on, I get a masssssssive wall of text when anything happens. It fills up my screen and kinda turns me off playing M&B, it didn't happen in my old save game and I was respectably far into that. Anyone know a solution?

What do the messages say?

Mostly stuff about X town has 0 caravans, X town is attempting to create a caravan, X town has created a caravan, X town now has 1 out of 5 caravans, and also some stuff about random lords.

Maybe they're debug messages. Do you have cheat mode turned on?

Just to clarify, I mean the ingame cheat mode, (In SoD reports). If thats not on, I don't know.

I finally figured out that I had turned debug messages on. Thanks for the help!
