In Progress List of towns that have infinite loading screens

If my guess is right, some towns might have issues loading scenes. This is a shot in the dark but it might help downsize the search.
Currently my list is minor, since I am double checking each town with a freshly verified cache. If you have any towns that you tested please reply with the name or rough location if it is a hideout

Pen Cannoc seems to be the only one in my playthrough so far too. Every other town or village seems fine

Some have more issues with crashing rather than infinite loading screens. But they seem to be consistent at least from my end

I have 2 Sea Raider hideouts just west of Omor that get stuck in loading screens

The Sea Raider Hideout eost of Diathma on the coast has the same issue.
