Lag with low ping?

Since only a couple of days ago the server lags and rubber bands for me even with a 30 ping. Doesn't seem to be an issue for the majority on the server although a few have mentioned the same issue.

I still get this issue, it can't just be me. My ping is fine and stable but I get these fluctuations from the server with the red server icon. Only started happening recently

That's what I'm talking about in all multiplayer issues. It's not about low ping. i guess telemetry data still not working properly. The game has serious lag problems!. This is the biggest problem in multiplayer rather than server crash issues, because it directly degrades the quality of the game. Private servers are no different from official servers because they use similar infrastructure, so it was a complete disappointment on private servers..
