I just bought this game on Steam, due to recommendations from friends.
I'm a big FPS fan, and I use a standard configuration in every FPS I play, where rmouse / lmouse are used for forwards and backwards, and keys are used for intermittent commands, such as attacks.
Problem is, Warband seems to think it's OK to force the movement keybinds to be the same as the navigation keybinds... so if you change lmouse / rmouse to anything but the defaults, it makes the game effectively impossible to play in SP, because it won't let you select locations- it apparently reserves lmouse / rmouse for those actions, and it won't let me change the input.
Is there any way to fix this? I don't mind having to hack a cfg or whatever, but I couldn't find one and a search of this Forum hasn't turned up anything useful. I really hate WASD controls, after many years of using my custom configuration, and this pretty much ruins the game for me.
