Joining any battle

I am wanting to mod my game so that i get the option to join any ongoing battle on any side regardless of my relation to them. for instance, even helping bandits attack some villagers. or helping a neutral kingdom attack another neutral kingdom. is this a simple thing to code/edit? how would i go about doing this? is there any mod that already does this? i checked all 184 mods on nexusmods and didnt find one that did to my knowledge.
