In Progress Issue with smithing orders

Summary: when completing an order in the smith you also get the weapon you smithed into your inventory
How to Reproduce: complete an order
Have you used cheats and if so which: no
Scene Name (if related): smith screen
Media (Screenshots & Video): nope
Computer Specs: i cant give any because im using geforce now so i have no idea what the specs of the computers they use
