Is it possible to invite the clans from fiefless kingdom in future patch?

This is really frustrating. I'm currently in a war that has been going on for 6 years, and I desperately need more lords to help in the fight. However, I don't even have time to leave the battlefield to recruit any. It wasn't until the Western Empire was destroyed by the Northern Empire that I realized these fiefless kingdom clans would disappear. And I'm playing in Ironman mode, so I don't have the chance to load previous files

I really hope that the issue can be fixed in future patches, or is there a way to use beta to set earlier patches to resolve this?

Why not create new clans from your companions?

Unless Realm of Thrones changed things to keep them around, defeated factions clans still do hang around, they constantly, independently, declare war on me as well, which is dumb.
