Resolved Instant crash to desktop when opening the inventory of my companion

Summary: I am experiencing this game-breaking CTD bug in both versions e1.6.0 and e1.6.1 beta where the game crashes when I try to open the inventory of my companion or enter battle (manual). Such issue already happened once before in this campaign but I managed to by-pass it by removing one of my companions. Now it is happening again and I don't want to remove any more of my companion. A crash report was uploaded with ID 2021-08-13_11.07.03_00d8842630c36913c645fb074197713c.

I disable all the mods but issue persists. Please help.

I never installed any custom banner related mod in case you wonder.
I tried verifying the game files but issue persists.
