Install without Steam

Not sure how to do this anymore but how do I install Warband without Steam? There use to be a link on the website and then you just enter your key but loads of the links are broken on the main site so I'm not sure.

That's the direct download link and it will start downloading it, I got the link from -->

There is one thing to mention though. If you bought the game through Steam, or got a physical version with the key for Steam, you will need it nontheless, just to see what your Serial Key is.
