How to make a regiment??

If i want to make a regiment how can i do it ??

What do you mean? Regiment is nothing "in game". It's simply a bunch of people who play together under one banner. They spend time talking with each other, discuss tactics and such.
If you want to start a regiment, then find people, who might want to join you, think of name, banner and such.

If you want to start a division for this mod, I advise beginning one that relates to WWII's history. Take a look at Mat's Polish division. Basically, start a new topic with your regiment's name, a brief block of history of your division in the war (optional), a roster, and a list of ranks. Also include information regarding how to join (often requesting an application from joiners), and the player's tag of which should be added before their names in-game.
