How to "follow a spy to the meeting"?

Hello every one!

I have accepted a mission to follow a spy to the meeting with his master,
ambush and then capture them alive.
The only problem is that I have no idea how I can find this spy...

Should I
1. take a walk in the city, try to find this spy myself??
2. or should I wait in the map, and wait until this spy shows up??
3. or ..... ??

I am stuck over this mission, and really wish to move on.
Please help

The spy leaves the town immediately when you go to the strategic map.  He is impossible to follow essentially.  Start circling the mission city in a spiral pattern and you should see a group of about 11"unremarkable citizens" or ordinary townsman"with some mercenaries.  Engage them.  You can kill the mercenaries but use blunt weapons (or your horse) on the Unremarkable citizens. 1When you get done there may be another group on the strategic map of 1 person.Get him too.  Either way make sure you knock out both the "unremarkable townsperson" and the ordinary citizen" or whatever their names are.

You do not have to wait for the spymaster to show up. If the spy has stopped the spymaster should be there too.

So, when I find this "unremarkable citizens" or "ordinary townsman",
they should be "waiting on the map", instead of moving?

And after I engaged them, and dealt with them,
I should find both the spy and spymaster, right?

Yes Waiting on map
spy and spymaster are unremarkable citizen and ordinary townsperson.  Quest should complete once you captured both (or if you kill them (fail))
