How to create a faction that has less than 20 vassals

Creating a 7th faction and I plan for that faction to have less than 20 vassals. This messes up the relationships I believe. I saw in other mods (Perisno, TLD) that people made factions with less or more than 20 vassals.

yes that's right.
check the script initialize_aristocracy for relations and # Assign banners and renown. (in game_start) for the banners.
both works with offset scripts, which must be changed because not all factions will have the same amount of lords.
the easiest way is to enter the relations there manually. with several factions this is not really fun ^^
