You did better buy the components and assemble the whole thing yourself. Might save you up to a £ 500-1,000 (not real sure here though ).

0rpm is correct, SSDs have no moving parts and hence don't revolve. Normal HDDs rely on a mechanical arm and revolving disk configuration.
