i jsut started this forum today and im a total noob but is Hegemony 268 B.C. on 1.011 verizon yet because i cant find any verizons its on... im sorry if this is answered

To answer your question - No, hegemony 268 BC is not ported yet, it is still in the .960 phase but it is being heavily worked on at the moment to bring it to the latest patch.
