Modded harmony mod causing game to crash

Summary:game crashes whenever i turn on the harmony mod so now i cant use any other mod that needs it
How to Reproduce:in the launcher turn on harmony and click play then wait for the "the application faced a problem. we need to collect necessary files to fix this problem. would you like to upload these files now?" message
Have you used cheats and if so which:none

Computer Specs:
OS: windows 10
GPU: rx 580
GPU Driver Version: latest drivers
CPU: i7 2600
RAM: 8gb
Motherboard: idk
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): game is on hdd, OS is on ssd

none of the solutions i tried worked, i installed a newer version of bannerlord and installed my mods again nothing works
