Where can I get that armor that Gutts wears in some quickbattles? The one with bare upper arms (and no-one else has it). (Found that already, ignore this)

And also, when (and where) can I get Berserker armor and Dragonslayer?

You should get the Dragonslayer after the eclispe.
Then Defeat 40 undead parties and you meet shierke.
After this the enoch village quickbattles start.
In the last quickbattle where you fight at the witch house, there is a chest and in this chest is the berserk armor.

Only mods and admins can delete threads (can't remember if the thread starter can do it) and there ARE threads that explain everything (usually at the top - sticky section).

Well, I  looked for a 'guide', that would've told where to get Dragonslayer and Berserker Armor (got em' all already).

There were none.

Go to your M&B folder, modules and open you Revenge of the Berserk 0.97b and inside the folder named Extra you can find the guide.

This is only an walkthrough, and there is no single word about how to obtain the sword and the armor.

I checked it and you are right.  I just updated the walkthrough to have it mention exactly when and where you get the dragonslayer and the Berserker's armor.
