In Progress Game freezing

Summary: The game freezes in the editor at the start of the company. Switching to and from the menu does not work. I can exit the game only with the help of the task manager or use the steam.
How to Reproduce: start a campaign or sandbox and use the navigation keys in the menu. In the left half of the screen does not draw objects.
Have you used cheats and if so which: no
