Resolved Game Crashes During Conversation with Noble

Summary: During the Single player Campaign the game freezes during any conversation with a noble or member of my party. At the moment I cannot continue the campaign. I have done some researching and some suggestions say turn down the vidio settings which I have done but the same thing happens?

Adjusted the setting to graphics settings to very low and it still occurs

Update: If i go to a previous save file this works ok. For some reason its my most recent file save which is currupted or something?
