My game crashes after the first loading screen and the taleworlds intro if i launch the game directly from steam with error called *_* and it says "The application faced a problem. We need to collect necessary files to fix this problem. Would you like to upload these files now?".

If I try launching the game trough the Bannerlord.Native I get a different error at the beginning, I get two of these errors:
"Cannot load: TaleWorlds.PSAI.XmlSerializers.dll". I can get past these by just clicking OK, but the game still crashes after the same TaleWorlds intro, then it's just running in the background and you need to shut if off with task manager.
List of things I've tried:
I don't have any mods,
Deleted the Bannerlord folder in documents and ProgramData folders,
Beta version available on steam,
My Nvidia drivers are up to date,
Runnning as administrator and compatibility mode,
I have all the frameworks and other stuff you suggested,
Disabled antivirus and all the overlays (steam, discord etc.),
Verified game files and redownloaded multiple times,
Deleted CN files,
and pretty much everything I could find online.
Want to mention that all of this happened after a complete hardware change, old setup was i5-4690 8gb ram and gtx 1060.
Now it doesn't work anymore on
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Mobo: B550M Mortar
GPU: Rtx 3070
GPU driver version: 460.79
RAM: 16gb
OS: Windows 10 pro
