Resolved Game acting like Tab key is always Pressed

Summary: The game is acting like the Tab key is always pressed. When i enter a town i automatically leave. When in a battle the scoreboard is always up.

It started when i was in a siege and checked the scoreboard. When i released the tab key the scoreboard went away then started to flicker and then stayed up.

I have loaded other saves, it still happens. I unplugged my keyboard, it still happens. I changed the key binding to any other key and it still happens.

I started a new game and it still happens.


Version: Current main phase version. (not beta Branch)
OS: Microsoft Windows 10
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070
CPU: Intel Cor i7-6700K
RAM: 16GB
Storage device: SSD
