Resolved Freeze during "Rival Gang Moving" Fight

Hello,

I'm freezing constantly with that. It always happens after I talk to the rivals and they charge each other...
I once went to them by horse and it didn't freeze until my party was close enough to charge... so they charging me didn't cause the problem, it has to do something with my party charging... it freezes before they even reach each other. What I also see is a graphics bug in the town but doesn't have to do with the problem.

I already did such quests before without problems.
It happens to me in Amprela. Does anyone know fixes/workarounds already?

//edit: happened to me in Argoron:
figured out that it down't happen when I wait for the rivals to get together before ending dialog/start the charge.
