Faith Reduction?

Hi. I've been playing the game for 2 days and I must say it's pretty cool!

I'm just wondering why in every few weeks or days, of gametime, text notifications show up saying Faith Reduction is Working.
and All of my villages and towns do not like my faith and I already built monasteries,shrines and temples wherever I could!

P.S. I should also say that the Faith warrior of the Antarians is excellent!
