In Progress EU matchmaking captain and skirmish still broken

Summary: Captain and skirmish server crashes before the match starts, and the games are still 2v2, but that may just be a population problem.
How to Reproduce: Wait the atrocious wait time to get in a lobby for it to crash 2 minutes later, fix this already....
