Need More Info (e1.7.0) Crash uploader not functioning, crashing on launch

Summary:
After I press "Play" on the e1.7.0 launcher the game begins to load, then after 2 seconds says it has encountered a problem and needs to close.

The crash uploader also doesn't work, saying "Failed Try Sending Again!"

All other versions of the game work, no mods used, tried every solution given in the Crash Checklist thread.

How to Reproduce: Use Steam beta e1.7.0

I have this exact same issue and have tried absolutely everything with no luck. I would honestly appreciate if anyone has a workaround

I have fixed the issue myself.

Go into the Properties of the game, go to Betas and change it the the most recent version and it should hopefully fix it.
